Elzoria is a women's apparel retailer, designing womenswear for those who refuse to choose between elegance and comfort. We operate primarily through our e-commerce store.

We design womenswear created for everyday wear. We provide clear pricing and honest product descriptions, and we work to represent every item as accurately as possible.

Every item is inspected before it leaves us, because a well-made piece should still look right after its hundredth wear.

9. Product Accuracy & Colors

We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colors and details may appear slightly different depending on your device and screen settings. Such variations are not considered defects.

If you have questions about a specific product before ordering, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

10. Pricing

All prices are listed and charged in USD at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay — no surprises at checkout, and none after it.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

11. Pricing Errors

Despite our best efforts, a product may occasionally be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

We are not obligated to fulfil an order placed at an obviously incorrect price.

12. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will send an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation once it is dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or errors.

13. Order Processing

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Each item is inspected, carefully packed, and prepared for dispatch, with tracking sent by email.

Processing times may be affected by peak periods, which will be reflected in your order updates.

14. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. The charge on your statement will appear under our descriptor, Elzoria, and all transactions are processed in USD at checkout.

15. Payment Security

Your privacy and payment information are protected with industry-standard security and encrypted (SSL) checkout technology. We do not store full card details on our servers.

Payments are handled through secure, trusted third-party payment processors, including PayPal and major card providers.

16. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as final delivery depends on the carrier.

17. International Orders

We ship to most international destinations where our logistics partners operate. Customs duties and import taxes, where applicable, are determined by your destination country and remain your responsibility.

18. Risk & Title

Ownership and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

19. Returns & Refunds

We offer 14-day risk-free returns. Items must be unworn and unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached and returned in the original packaging. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

20. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they enter processing, normally within 24 hours of purchase, for a full refund. Once dispatched, an order must be handled as a return under our Returns & Refund Policy.

21. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue items, or update our collections at any time without notice.

If an item you ordered becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a full refund for that item.

22. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, and the Elzoria name — is our property or used under license and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without our prior written permission.

23. Acceptable Use
